Braved the rainy conditions towards Canning Reserve in Avondale heights. Other then the persistent rain the conditions were great, overcast, low winds and right on the peak of high tide. I fished with fellow community members John Regali and Mark Moseley. It was very productive session with many bream caught. Biggest of the morning was a nice 35cm. With many caught over 28cm. All were released to fight another day. The most productive baits were live maggots and chicken strips. Either drop right in front of us or cast to the structure on the other side.
