UPDATE BILLING CYCLE
If you would like to change your FishingMad subscription from monthly to yearly simply let us know by emailing us at email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can action this change for you which will take effect on your next billing cycle.
UPDATE BANK DETAILS
If your banking details have changed you can easily select the “Payment Method” tab and add your new bank card to prevent failed transactions and keep your account active.
If you need to cancel your FishingMad subscription, please email us at email@example.com confirming that you want your subscription cancelled and please also confirm the email address that you registered your FishingMad account. Please allow 48 hours for this to be processed and we will confirm via reply email once completed. We would greatly appreciate it if you provided some feedback on why you’re cancelling so we can continue to develop and improve the service for all members.
If you need to update your Email address or password simply select the “Account Details” tab and update accordingly.
