The conditions were challenging with heavy rain over night the water was very brown in colour and the gusty winds added much complexity. However Alan Bonnici & John Regali still some quality Bream between them. The most productive baits were maggots and pilchard strips rigged with as little weight as possible and berleying regularly to keep the fish hanging around. The most productive time was right on the low tide change. As usual John cooked up a storm. Despite the cold winds it was an excellent morning.
